These are the best pill organizers I've found
And it's not because they look pretty and costly, though they are that a sufficient amount, they're great because they're the most practical and helpful. I take about 8 pills day and night, and for once I can conveniently remove a pill that is in the wrong one, often dropping one too many while trying to minimize time of monthly refills (it takes me a long time).Anyway, they being so spacey with room for a finger and how they're all separated by being 4 days of pills in one connection helps in a variety of ways that surpass the former containers I've tried of all being independent or all being one.

Best Pill Organizer
I've purchased so many pill organizers over the years, but none really felt right for me. They were either too big, too small, or too disorganized. This organizer might not work if you take multiple pills multiple times a day, but if you take multiple pills once a day and like to have them ready to go instead of digging through individual bottles daily, this is worth a try. It also helps me to plan ahead. Organizing my medication for the month shows me which prescriptions I'm running low on so I'm not rushing to the pharmacy at the last minute for a refill. Having them broken down into five day chunks makes it great for traveling as you can take only what you need.

They've fixed the problem with the compartments popping open
I bought one of these three years ago and after a few months, one compartment wouldn't stay shut. Over time it became two, then three, then four. I never used it for travel because it seemed so insecure but even just at home, it was a pain that the compartments wouldn't stay shut.I bought a new one four months ago, figuring I would mix and match to get a full set that would stay shut. BUT! They've improved the product and all the compartments have stayed shut so far. It seems like they've improved the latches - they are a little harder to open now but they stay firmly shut so I'm very happy with it.I like this pill organizer much more than others because of the individual boxes of four days, it's small enough to keep one box on my desk, then swap it out when the four days is done while hiding the big organizer away in a drawer. I also like the size of the compartments, lots of room, easy to get pills in and out. I've tried a half a dozen other organizers and looked at dozens more on Amazon, but none work as well as this one - I'm very glad they've fixed it so the compartments stay shut!

loose fit, hard to open, but meets a very specific need.
I like having the option for 31 days plus an extra-- having the numbers match the actual date was a non-negotiable feature for me, so I was sad that this was the only option. Being able to remove four days at a time for travel is nice but I think this case assumes I'm going to be travelling constantly because those four day sections are barely in there-- the slightest bump will send them all flying out of the tray. I stuck a small bit of sticky tack under each section and it's held up nicely, and had the bonus effect of staggering the height of each row so that they're easier to open without a tool. These are two really easy fixes I'd have loved to see, but for the price, it'll do.

I was looking for 31 day pill organizers.
Recently I started taking prescribed medication and one of the things that I encountered was needing to cut my medication in half. I was using a 7 day system and I was refilling based off of a weekly schedule with a 7 day pill organizer that only have the day of the week. I was originally going to buy the one a day pods, but I am glad I did not impulsively buy that one because not long after, the reviews went down for it.Pros:* Easy to use* has 31 days and not 28* days are numbered and not labeled M-F week 1-4.* The rows are a pretty tight snug so I don't think they would be hard to travel with, but some of the individual boxes does pop open pretty easily so that's why I put 3 stars for traveling.* I ordered this on the 15th and received it on the 17th and was happy to get it as soon as I did.* Additionally it comes in the color I wanted :)Cons:* When opening up the organizer to put pills in, I actually had to open ALL the days to air it out a little since it had a strong chemical smell. Not tolerable, but definitely enough for me to want to air it out.* As you can see from the pictures some of the days are not aligned in the centered, number 8, 12, 16, 19, 22, 23, 24, 31, and the storage, which I didn't even pay attention until today.* What I did notice immediately and it was a little disappointed was the number 25. It is a little messed up.Me wanting to be a perfectionist these two things bother me, but they are tolerable (or at long as I ignore the appearance flaws).Overall, I have very happy with my purchase & will update if anything changes with how I feel regarding it.Update: So I began taking nightly vitamins so I bought a yellow one to go with it. I was actually very disappointed because the number 5 was the one that stayed open and I can't close it. I kept meaning to come by and make the review, but kept getting busy with other things. I love the current system that I have and I don't want to change it, but I wish the 5 would close properly because it actually gives me anxiety looking at it. :(
