It works but it definitely reduces the quality of the signal received. Also the sharkfin itself is a very thin plastic that I feel like would break if put in a machine car wash. I've already stuck mine on and can't return this but otherwise I would. Not really worth the money tbh even if it is £7. I'm going to replace this with my regular antenna when I next am bothered to do so.

To be brutally honest I wasn’t expecting much from this shark fin aerial having read reviews of it but i took a chance and bought it as a replacement for my traditional aerial that had either fallen off or been stolen. It seemed sturdy enough and I got a spanner to make sure the connection was nice and tight . I had the engine running and radio on with no signal untill I connected it up , immediately it picked up my preferred stations so i flicked through a few presets to be sure , and they were all there . I peeled the backing off and stuck it to my car roof and kept pressure on it for a minute or two. An hour or so later i went for a short drive and there was no loss of signal at all . Very impressed so far .
