Q: what is difference between 8366 and 5366?

Avery 5366 has 50 sheets, and 8366 has 25 sheets. Same product.

Q: Do I have to print the whole sheet of labels at one time? Or can I print a partial sheet as needed?

I have always printed out full sheets of labels but I can tell you from experience that you can print one third (one column) of the sheet or 2 columns - whatever you need. Here’s why. When you type your labels into the Avery label template on your computer it’s WYSIWYG. What you see (on your screen) is what you get. The document you create will print exactly the way you see it on your computer screen. If you type a label and leave the next label blank that’s what you’ll have when you send the document to your printer. So if you were to type one column of labels and you wanted to come back later and type up just four labels you could. You would type up the four labels using the middle column of your blank template using a blank template, place the label sheet with two columns of unused labels ( in the printer correctly) and the four labels you typed will be printed to the middle column. You’ll then have seven unused labels in the second column and 11 unused labels in column three.

Q: Can you print more than 1 line on each label?

Yes you can. You can print onto the entire surface of each label. 2-3 lines.
