Open the Search charm, enter language, choose Settings, and then tap or click Add a language.o In the Language Control Panel, tap or click Add a language.2. Browse or use the search box to find the languages you want to add, and then double-tap or double-click the language you want to add.If a language isn't already installed, you'll need to download a language pack so you can read text across Windows in the language you want. If you need a language pack, you'll see Available for download next to the language. Tap or click Options and then follow the on-screen instructions to install that language pack.Now you can set a language as the display language:1. In the list of languages in the Language Control Panel, check to see if the language you want has Windows display language: Available next to its name.2.
