Beautiful door handles!
Loved the door handles I received! Arrived quicker than expected and I am thrilled at the quality. Cheap and works, but wrong description.
I bought this lever (privacy and passage) to replace 10 years old Yale lever. These looked almost identical to old ones, but they were not. They are cheap, easy to install, and works fine, but I have few issues.First, the description says bolts are concealed for clean look, but this is not true. Two screw heads are visible from one side of door. My older ones were not. The finish is not as smooth as old one. The old one feels much better when you touch it. The privacy lock is a small knob to turn (not visible in the amazon photo). The old one was a push button and that was easier to lock. The levers come pre-assembled, but they must be removed and swapped depending on the door's direction. However, there is no explanation in the installation document. Besides those, the lever works just fine.

Great quality, good looks and great value
I originally ordered this lever because I had installed a August Lock and my Yale lockset both defeated the purpose of the August whenever family inadvertently set the door knob lock, cosmetically, my brass door knob didn't match my black August lock.

Easy to install
This handle came quickly. It was easy to install. It is sturdier than our old handle and swapped out quickly. The screws fit perfectly and it works smoothly. We are so happy! thank you!
