Love love love and you will also..
The media could not be loaded. Excellent tool, the herbs cut so nicely and fast... work excellent with the round cutting board. One of my best kitchen gadgets. We use herbs daily in our cooking so this is an essential tool for us.

Very glad I got this.
Sharp blades, easy to use. Not hard to clean. Have minced fresh herbs and the double blade helps with leaves. Also finely chopped onions and carrots after cutting them to make them easily manageable.

Chops easily
I enjoyed the ergonomic design as I have bad shoulders. This double handled chopper relieves the pressure on my shoulders. The blades are very sharp so the knife chops easily. It would be nice if there was a sturdier cover for the blades as it comes with two thin plastic sleeves.

Cheap
This knife was much smaller than anticipated, which is not a manufacturer fault as it is technically the size they stated when I purchased it. Made with very low quality steel so got dull very fast and anyone in the kitchen business knows that a sharp knife is a safe knife. Thankfully it was not expensive, but you get what you pay forWouldn’t buy another one

Not Very Sharp
I rarely write reviews, but I was disappointed with this knife. I thought that buying a German knife would assure quality. Nope. It was not sharp to begin with, and now with 3-4 uses it's dull and I have no idea how to sharpen it. Waste of money really.

Beautiful for herb chopping
Beautiful crafting ; however just as note this is small including the handles, and best for using with herbs. Not so much for doing a chop salad ( too small and narrow between blades)
