Great upgrade from my 15yr old monitor. Batteries last and I love that I don't have to plug it in. Also the Bluetooth connection pairs easily and the app is great for keeping a record of your readings. I highly recommend it!

I purchased this iHealth blood pressure monitor expecting medical-grade accuracy, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The readings are inconsistent and often drastically different from measurements taken at my doctor's office. Despite following all instructions carefully—sitting still, using the cuff wrap indicator, and ensuring proper placement—the results vary wildly between measurements taken just minutes apart. The ""advanced motion detection"" seems ineffective, as I've gotten questionable readings even when remaining perfectly still.The Bluetooth connectivity is frustratingly unreliable. The device frequently fails to sync with the app, requiring multiple attempts to record a single reading. When it does connect, the app often freezes or crashes, making it impossible to track my blood pressure over time as intended. The dual user functionality is equally problematic, with the app mixing up profiles and storing readings under the wrong account. For a device that claims to simplify home monitoring, it creates far more hassle than convenience.The adjustable cuff, while large enough for my arm, feels cheap and uncomfortable compared to other monitors I've used. The material is stiff and doesn't conform well, leading to uneven pressure during measurements. The wrap indicator doesn't seem to make any difference in accuracy—I've tried positioning it exactly as shown, yet the readings remain inconsistent. For the price, I expected much better build quality and performance.I cannot recommend this blood pressure monitor to anyone who needs reliable, accurate readings. The inconsistency makes it useless for proper health monitoring, and the app issues add unnecessary frustration. Save your money and invest in a more trustworthy device—this one simply doesn't deliver on its promises.

Very accurate and easy to use! Love that it records all your readings on the app! No more writing results in a note book everyday and I can show my doctor all my readings! Highly recommend!

I don't love the app for this BP monitor. I had a little trouble with the initial setup because I have a small screen phone (iPhone SE) and when you have to pick which memory slot to use, my screen wasn't quite long enough to properly show the choices. I could see the edge of the spot I needed to select, so I did manage to tap it and finish my set up.I didn't find the app to be very intuitive. There's no "record my blood pressure now" button or anything like that, so I figured it just communicates with the device and as long as you have the app open, it'll automatically record your result. But when it didn't, I realized you have to click on your BP device in the app and then wait for it to say it's connected via bluetooth. THEN it'll record your BP.Of course, you don't even need to use the app if you don't want -- you can just use this like a regular stand-alone BP monitor. But I think the app is what you're paying extra for with this because there are cheaper BP monitors out there that don't have an accompanying app.As far as the device itself goes, I'm also underwhelmed. The screen is large, bright and easy to read, but I find the lime green color of the illumination kind of unpleasant on the eyes (it's much brighter in reality than it looks in my photos). There's a port on the side for a DC power adapter, but it doesn't come with one. It does come with 4 AA batteries for it, though.The cuff is a little wide for the metal loop it slides through, so it crinkles at the edge and the stitching of the velcro doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. It just isn't as nice or as comfortable other cuffs I've used. This cuff feels cheaply made.In short, this BP monitor does what you're buying it for: it reads your blood pressure (and pulse). I think there are nicer choices out there, though, especially at this price.

Love the app that goes with it so I bought other devices from the same company so I can have all my health in one location
