Gigabyte quality as usual!
Gigabyte has yet to let me down. They always seem to put out rock solid, stable motherboards. I dare say I might like them even more than ASUS on a few points. For AMD Trinity or the newer Richland APU's you can't go wrong with this board. The only thing I haven't figured out is the RAM speeds. I put DDR3-1600 in the slots, but the BIOS only sees it as DDR3-1333 speeds. These boards were used in client builds, so they wouldn't really care, but AMD's memory controller scales performance up when you use higher clock memory. Other than that, a solid, well laid out board. Another bonus from Gigabyte, is they favor the A85X chip, and the lower A75. ASUS only does the low end, useless A55 or A85X. They should just cut out the A55 all together. Personally, I think there is no reason to have the A75 chipset either, since the price difference to upgrade to the A85X is merely 10 dollars I have noticed.

very disappointed
I had 2 boards from 2 different suppliers, 1 Amazon, 1 New egg. Neither board would POST. Returned both for refund. Purchased a different brand and immediately all was OK, but I lost over 2 weeks in my built trouble shooting power supply, processor and memory. Not a Gigabyte fan anymore.

great board for the price
Pretty cool board first one was toast but amazon took care of it right away. It scored a 6.5 for graphics in windows 7 just running on internal graphics, pretty good really. Good buy

Buy this! Great MOBO!
Hello Il make this short... I have been looking for a good fair priced fm2 mobo to complete my rig and I chose this one!It has a simple bios on it and it has many hook ups for all that you need. It feels durable while installing a aftermarket heat sink. (coolermaster 212)My rig feels complete now and it looks beautiful inside my case. (phantom 410)Thank you Gigabyte you have made a fan for life!

Worked great with an A10 APU
Board was easy to install and fired up the first time I tried it. The UEFI BIOS is decent and has a "3D Mode" that looks like something out of Hollywood. It's like they took what everyone imagines computers look like and actually built it. The 3D mode isn't all that useful, but it did give me a chuckle. The A10 APU performed well in Windows 7 and is fine for light gaming. One note... the NIC drivers are *not* built in to Windows 7 so, in order to patch/update, you will need to install them from the CD or download them to a USB stick. This is always annoying but isn't a big deal.

So far so good.
I gave this 5 stars because I like the features and that the company will answer my questions. Also others seem to prefer Gigabyte. Gigabyte once advised me on C.P.custom built computer that was mis-configured and with their guidance I fixed it. This is the first computer I built myself. The first MB for this build is from another company DOA, still waiting for a repair/replacement. I can't believe the sound quality from this MB. I have is hooked up to a rather cheap Logitech system, and it sounds really nice. I had one small glitch. I hooked a plug in for the front USB 3, and on a little pull of the cord it caused the outer plastic guard (MB) to break. Not a big deal, but totally unexpected. My only regret is that I didn't buy this MB as my first choice. I opted for what seemed like a bargain of a life time, and received nothing but grief from all parties concerned. I've been using my other Gigabyte for 2-2.5 years, and so far still love it.I guess the real test is time. I had computers last over 10 years and others about 5 years. I think the best way to make a decision on anything electronic is: Is the company reliable? How long is the guarantee? What is the cost of shipping item for repair replacement? Do you have any real experience/knowledge that the seller will stand by you should the manufacturer be difficult and unreasonable with warranty?

2 years and going strong
A solid board. lots of connections and options. Been using it for 2 years and hasnt failed me yet. This is an ultra durable series and is, of course, very durable. it comes with 2 sata cables, plate cover, and all necessary driver software. And of course a sticker to proudly place on your case!

So, my first MoBo upgrade since i have been gaming, and i absolutely love it. im not too technical, but i know enough to say that this is an amazing MoBo, esp. paired with the AMD A8-5600k CPU. the dual video card slots are perfect for what i need. the 8 SATA connectors make it so that i can plug in all of my drives and cards without any issues. the on-board graphics are stunning, and the fact that it has the DVI, VGA, and HDMI, all built in, really was a selling point. The BIOS really does have a crazy amount of customization to it, where you can change pretty much any detail you want. i highly recommend this MoBo.
