Sturdy, well constructed, does the job

This is one of the best exhaust vents I have used. What surprised me was this is made in china. ( most of the supplies that come from china are inferior to those made elsewhere. This one is all quality, stainless steel, good spring loaded damper and a hinged bird screen that’s easily serviced. I purchased the 8”.

This good checked all the boxes for me. A net cover that is well closed from all edges, a damper with spring, a foam pad around the damper for extra sealant

I never write reviews — but this 10” vent is an exception; it’s very well made in detail and finish; sturdy. Its designed high-flow (1200 CFM) air movement for 10” ventahood applications, IMO. In searching long and hard for a10” vent at my local box-stores, and even a HVAC supplier, but saw mostly cheaply made vents poor flow design; then I tried searching on Amazon — I was actually surprised when this vent arrived at the clear difference in quality of this vent compared to others . Highly recommend this vent in a wall mount ventahood application where high-airflow is required.

We have a 1/2 bath that has no exhaust vent so ordered this to have proper ventilation there. The 8.4" ducting fits our exhaust fan perfectly and allows us to vent to the outside with an 8" hole, so not too large and ugly. It was easy to install and includes a spring loaded damper that releases air and stays closed when not in use. Could also be used for kitchen vent hoods or dryer vents as well.

Great vent, looks good and works well.

Fit well and is well made. Screen to keep critters out and a flap that closes is another bonus.

Works like a charm.
