Wot does green coffee taste like. Is it good for diets

The green coffee drink is a great source of vitamin C and antioxidants. It also could support weight loss, but it does not replace a healthy diet and exercises.

The taste of the green coffee is specific, but it's not like a traditional coffee taste. However the taste is an individual issue, but you can prepare that drink in the way, to suits your own preferences.

There is one of the recipes for preparing 1 portion of green coffee:
- 2 tsp of green coffee
- 150 ml of hot water
- if desired: sugar, honey or cardamom

Preparation:

Put the green coffee on the stove and bring to boil. Then reduce the heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally.
    Remove from heat and let cool for about 1 hour, then strain.
    The coffee drink you have received might be strong, so try it first and dilute with water if needed.
    The healthy green coffee beverage is now ready to drink! You might want to refine it with sugar, honey or cardamom.

How do you prepare it pls?

I use it together with yerba mate (flavoured or plain) for my low blood pressure. And it tastes much more better than only prepared on its own. In the morning I put into pot  (mine is 800 ml) about 2-3 tablespoons of yerba mate and 2 teaspoons (notice, that it is less than mate) of green coffee. Than I pour hot water (not just boiled - I wait about 5 minutes after it boiled). Sometimes I also squeeze a little bit of lemon into it.  I use sieve to pour it into my cups. I do not leave it in the pot for too long - I manage to drink everything before it gets cold. I had long term troubles with low blood pressure and nothing helped. Black coffee  only irritated my stomach, helped for 1 hour and then i felt more exhausted than before and despite it I could not sleep properly during night. Above described drink I have every morning for about 1 year long already and it is such an uplifting way to wake me up and keep me going for the rest of the day without any irritation!  I think you do not need to feel worry if you are quite opposite - with high pressure - because I think that the way how it works is very gentle. Try and find out!
