Have not been sick once since taking this. Only take when I feel a little under the weather or someone around me is sick. A miracle product.

I use this throughout our Minnesota, germ intense winters at the first sign of getting sick. I do not think it coincidence that I have not gotten full blown sick this year. The winter mist flavor is my fave.

I never leave product reviews, but I feel it’s so necessary for this product! My immune system is at an all time low right now and I have caught every cold this season as well as suffered from terrible allergies....until now that is. I take this product as recommended anytime I have the slightest sniffle or tickle in my throat and within a day or less all symptoms are gone. Very thankful I stumbled upon this product. It is a must to have, especially during cold and flu season.

The cinnamon flavor was good - strong - but this masks the mushroom 🍄 earthiness. Doubles as a breath freshener. Very convenient to toss in your purse or backpack. Portability offers less chance of forgetting a dose. Provides additional support in pandemic times.

If you like minty flavors, select this one. It does not taste like mushrooms. My husband won't go near anything that tastes "healthy". lol And he takes it. It has helped keep our immune systems up. Excellent find.
