I would like to bring awareness to this because I was not in the know. It is common for jaw trainers like this to cause anxiety for various reasons. I used it as directed but around the last "set" I felt very anxious like I needed to get them out of my mouth or Id gag even though they are in no way large enough to gag me. Apparently this is a common response to some jaw trainers. So far Im okay with them, this obviously is not a fault of the product as they have no taste, I was just unaware and wanted to let others know.

Good product but a bit large and difficult to find the sweet spot for bite placement. I bit holes into the first two sets within the first week and just started using the third. They can take some serious punishment though, and I use them as mouth guards for weighted calisthenics so I bite down really hard. Could do with some different size options since I have small teeth and a small mouth. My jaw has gotten significantly more defined and stronger in just a couple of weeks. For the price, I feel it's worth it and all in all I would recommend them.Edit.It's been about 5 weeks and I've chewed them all in half. They need stronger options.

the only good thing is i tore the lightest one one to the next but still really gimmicky for the price literally should be 50 cents
