Great sound quality, and very fuss-less control. I found the smart speaker in the office to be hit and miss with my own playlists (iTunes, Spotify etc) so the idea for home was to have something which just connects via bluetooth and outputs whatever the source device is playing.What impressed me is that - whilst a lot of bluetooth products are a fuss to pair with and swap between, this gets it right. I had my phone streaming through it, then connected the iPad, and it switched to it within seconds. That sounds like a given, but i've had some in the past where it didn't know whether the intention was to remain connected to the first device or switch to the new one (or wouldn't accept another device until the first was manually disconnected).The remote allows for standard navigation through a playlist, meaning I only need to tell the phone to connect and which playlist to go through, and the speaker can do the rest.I'm not as keen on Alexa, Google Home etc due to privacy, but also there's the thought that in a few years, you'll need to buy the next generation model to make use of new features. In comparison, it feels like this product is going to last as long as Bluetooth is available.The only thing that really threw me off was that the remote has + and - buttons for the volume, but the + and - buttons on the unit are for skipping track. I only use the remote, so not prepared to knock off a star for this.

The sound quality is very good and the speaker is very easy to operate, overall very pleased with the product.

Poor Bluetooth connection, sometimes disconnected. Awful
