Q: does this jig allow for sharpening all wood turing chesils

No it’s mainly for spindle and bowl gouges. The same company sells a full sharpening system which has a sturdy bench grinder tool rest and a skew chisel sharpening jig. However this jig works really well for gouges but if I was buying this again even though it more than double the price I would have gone for the full system.

Hi yes this will work with a record bench grinder, you may need to pack your grinder up slightly by placing it on a piece of chip or plyboard as in the pictures. Kind regards Darren

Q: will this work with the rutland wet grinder system?

I am not familiar with the Rutland system, but if you study the images of the Brand Tools jig, as shown in their ad., you should get a better idea of the access needed.
