That depends on the PC. You need a Bluetooth radio to communicate with the mouse. Some PCs (and laptops) have Bluetooth built in, for those that don't you need it and a USB Bluetooth dongle will provide the facility.

Bend it to switch it on! It's off when flat, which makes it easy to stow in your bag or pocket.

Just a thought; you need to press the small button on the underside of the mouse for several seconds to get it in pairing mode. The blue LED will change to a slow pulsing appearance. Then get your PC to search for the mouse. Mine pairs in nothing flat. Good luck.
