I can't give this stuff a human based review, as the only one using it (in my home) is my dog. He is 12 and a few months back started having digestive issues. I have had many dogs and never known Gerd was an issue for some dogs as they age and their esophagus weakens. My poor old man wasnt keeping his food down hours after eating. As though it wasn't properly digesting and sometimes spitting up whole kibble the next morning. I tried prebiotic and prebiotic supplements to his food and nothing. The vet suggested changing his food to something with less protein. I didn't like that idea, at his age he needs the protein. After hours of researching discovered this could be a fix. Why the vet didn't suggest it, is beyond me. When I called them they agreed it was worth trying. We are going on 2 months of zero tummy issues for him now. I can only assume that if it works for an elderly dog, with not showing any side effects, that it would work (as intended) for humans. The pill is so small, there is no issue getting him to take it, so should be easy for a human to swallow too. Great price for a lot of pills. Saving me money in vet bills and time spent cleaning my carpets all the time.

Works normal so far, does its job. I read some reviews saying that it's ingraved with "15" so it must be 15mg instead of 20mg, but if you look it up online you'll find out that "V15" is a standard engraving for 20mg famotadine tablets.

These are not as effective as other brands I've purchased. The pills themselves say 15, but the bottle says 20mg, which is confusing. At the price per quantity, it doesn't matter if they're 15 or 20 because 200 pills for $9 is a great price. They're very small, which is nice to swallow, but hard to find if you've dropped one in the sink.

This medication works good. I use it twice a day for indigestion and heartburn. It helps control my heartburn and indigestion issues. I have not had any issues or side effects at all.
