Didn't go soggy.
I liked them .They did not go soggy, unlike ultra-thin rice paper.

Not great for cup cakes
I was expecting them to be a bit more dainty but they were rather large for cupcakes and not well cut. I gave them a 2 star because they come in a good container and taste ok.

Not good
Do not look like they do in the pictures. Look very tacky and not cut out very well. Had to trim 90% of them to make them usable. Will not by again
