I have been using Symprove for 2 or 3 years now. It was recommended to me by my sister but I didn't like the taste of the original. Then I tried the strawberry/raspberry and was hooked. The daily 70ml dose is easy to drink (especially chilled) and stops me feeling bloated and sluggish. I can always tell if I miss a dose. The small 'on the go' bottles are ideal for travelling too. I would highly recomend this product. Can't imagine life without it.

I have been using symprove since 2021. Before using symprove I suffered badly with IBS and had a bad relationship with food as a result. Since consistently using symprove for the last 4 years, my gut health has improved MASSIVELY! I’m able to eat foods I couldn’t before, and my overall health is so much better. My initial results took about 8 weeks to see an improvement but since then it’s been transformative. High quality product that is easy to measure out each day!

Effective support which has definitely helped to stabilise my turbulent guts. It took a few days to get used to the taste (best kept in the refrigerator.) I’ve subscribed for 18 months now and I can recommend the product and the customer service. I have given 4 stars as I think the price is relatively high albeit worth it from my personal perspective.

Not sure if they really are working as been taking for a few weeks but not noticed any difference and my bloating is still the same. Having said that read somewhere that it can take up to 3 months to work. They aren’t exactly cheap but will keep at it and hope to eventually see a difference…

This has such good reviews I was hopeful but having taken it for 12 weeks I have not noticed any difference in general health nor gut health. The flavours take a bit of getting used to!! The strawberry and raspberry tasted best for me but the mango was awful!It’s quite expensive although I did find deals on both Boots and Amazon. Regretfully and somewhat reluctantly I have discontinued taking Synorove and giving Biomel a trial.
