NOT worth the cost!!!
The flavor was so bad, I couldn't take it more than a couple of times. The couple of times I did take it, (at the risk of TMI) it caused very painful gas pains. Even getting them out of the jar was a process since the gummies were all stuck together in one big clump. Don't waste your money...there are better products than this one.

There’s a lot of reviews stating these are terrible, to me they taste like raisins, not bad at all. I used these to jumpstart my weight loss and they do seem to be effective!
