They perish fast...should be packed in smaller packets inside, so they dont all go off at the same time...They do show ketone levels as in giving different colours.

All strips went grey and therefore unusable within a couple of weeks of opening the pack.

I used three different makes in the past and was one of the items giving the result very quick but a couple of weeks after, although I closed a bag tight and careful, all remaining strips absorbed moisture and changed colour, not possible to use.

Trying out a carnivore diet and been using this to check my ketones.Very impressive.I had a cheat day and could see the ketosis stop.I'm a little obsessed now.It's really good 👍

Useful little things - when you are trying very hard to keep to the Keto diet it is nice to be able to see just how well you are doing and if you are actually in ketosis. Good value as you get 100 strips even though they only last for 90 days once the packet is open. Strong packet which seals back well and clear instructions/check chart.

These are great and work well. the packet is a bit short so the strips only just fit in and its easy for them to stick out a bit so the seal doesn't close properly. So be careful or they will spoil.
