IF you take it when you're doing nothing at all-- well, do not expect much. For context, I have experience using various nootropics over the years. This might improve focus for some, however, I experienced the exact opposite on the first dose. I also tried combining it with racetam, b vitamins and fish oil. and cortex just added heat to that fire stack and worked great. no side effects from combining it with any of them. I like the actual product. It was supposed to come with 30 pills - but mine only came with 27. Then, you're supposed to take 2 at a time, so it only ends up being a 15 day supply..... if all of the pills were even in it. Very disappointing.
