I have purchased several different check valve's from the local big box store. They all leaked internally. This unit seals like it should. Problem solved.

Great quality, trusted brand.
I've been using Zoeller products for many years, so when there was a need for a sump pump check valve, I went with a Zoeller. This kit is not cheap, but includes couplers and stainless steel clamps for various pipe sizes. And to my surprise the valve is very quiet, with no water hammer effect even with an 8 foot rise. Dropped one star due to price, but definitely worth it. The cheap valves will eventually leak and some even break.

Quick and simple repair, no plumber needed.
Why didn’t I do this a decade ago?!Much quieter than the older unit, zero water flowed back through into the sump, and Amazon had a great price compared to the box stores.
