I'm quite pleased with the kit, here's a few thoughts. First, be patient. Really patient! There's lots of very fiddly work, such as rolls of fabric, small teapots, food etc. all of which require assembly. It's definitely not a puzzle, and definitely not for kids, but the finished result is well worth it. Not strictly necessary, but things you'll likely find useful...Latex/rubber glue i.e. Copydex (no glues are included).Clear drying PVA glue.Gel-type superglue with precision nozzle.Superglue activator spray2-part epoxy glueAngled tweezers.Craft knives, cutting mat, & steel rulePrecision scissorsPin vise with small drill bits."Helping hand" modellers clamp stand.Magnifying glasses.Florists wireModelling (Finland) moss/foliageAK Interactive "Still Water" acrylic water gelFor more realism, I crafted the cherry trees myself using the brown crepe paper over a frame of florists wire with Finland moss as the foliage. I then dusted with the supplied pink blossom on a coating of watered down PVA glue.I also used acrylic water gel to give depth to the garden pools, floating lily pads cut from supplied greenery in top before it cured. That gives an extra level of liveliness to the waterFeeding the wiring around the frame of the house to the various lighting points can be frustrating - take your time, check the layout, and pay attention to the lengths needed to reach each lighting position when twisting the wire into place. I recommend using gel superglue and cyanoacrylate accelerant for a quick bond.The pictoral instructions are OK, (if a bit blurred) but note that all accompanying text is in Chinese so a little intuition is needed!No problems with any missing parts, though do note batteries are not included. I did actually have a few spare extra wooden parts (and tons of beads) left over which was nice.Take your time, be patient, and with a steady hand, you'll have a little villa to be proud of!

This house was slightly hard to understand in the instructions. And some bits were tricky to put together. There is no glue included. But it was was cute little piece when completed.

Was really disappointed with this purchase; on completion (or near completion, I got frustrated and binned it) it was so so small. The price didn’t reflect kit at all in my opinion. I’ve bought lots of diy house kits off Amazon and have been happy with all but this one. The one on the left was cheaper the tiny one and well worththe money but as you can see it’s so small and disappointing.

I only have one problem. Nowhere does it say what number type of battery is needed.. Apart from that i'm really enjoying the build. This is my 8th mini dolls house. This one is minier. Got another one coming today.

I love building the minis but this one was hard due to the instructions not having English translation, also found some bits were missing but I collect left overs from other kits so that's lucky, I did find a video on YouTube to help tho, the name of the kit is blue melody (the smaller beach kit) for anyone who needs help also I'm a bit disappointed in the price for such a small thing (still enjoyed it tho because it's my hobbie :) )

Regret this purchase. It's definitely not worth the price when the instructions are not in English. Contacted the seller who emailed more instructions and they also weren't fully in English. So it's hard to put together by the instructions given. Esp for measurements etc. Won't be buying again.
