Hi there Janet! The treat love & color shade "power plunge" is a. breathable nail polish formula with collagen & camellia extract in deep cerulean silver. Even without a top coat or base coat, this breathable care nail color will give you at least a week of great color.

Q: Are these polishes quick drying?

I find that the Essie polish does dry in about 20 minutes to the touch. However, I have tried going to bed 45 minutes later and wake up with some waves on my nails. I always use a fast dry topcoat now. My favorite is Out the Door, and it typically dries and secures the polish within five minutes.
