they are very strong, not too much flex when fully extended,. they also stay sharp , even when cutting thin steel sheets.

Simply not sharp
First and most importantly the blades are just not sharp. A brand new blade should glide cleanly through corrugated with minimal effort. These rip and tear from the beginning. I have never dealt with utility knife blades this worthless for their most basic function.The blades are also absurdly over packaged in their dispenser. They could lower the cost by a significant amount by putting them in a plain box, which would also be more practical since I load 5 at a time.The only reason these get a second star is the solid (non snap off) construction.
