Excellent
I consistently buy Lacanto products now they are great tasting. They fit my keto lifestyle and I haven’t been let down by a single one of their products. They are easy to mix and considering that keto products are expensive. These are on the lower side of expensive so it makes it easy for me to buy them regularly. This lemon poppyseed one is excellent. Sometimes I add a little lemon extract to give it a little extra zip. It’s wonderful.

Muffin mix
I have purchased this muffin mix numerous times, and it is very easy to prepare. The muffins are a little smaller than I was expecting but the flavor and convenience make up for that. I would recommend.

Not bad
For gluten free, this is pretty good. The lemon flavor is lacking, though. Overall, the flavor is bland but the texture is great!

If I could rate ZERO stars ...
Absolutely DO NOT BUY. No flavor. Dry.I was not expecting the muffins to turn out this badly. I have used the sugar substitute of this brand Lakanto for a few years now with no issue. So I figured they would have a decent product for this too. Boy, was I wrong.The biggest problem was the texture. I expect a muffin to be moist and have that distinctive "crumb". Instead, the product was incredibly dry & tasteless and very little rise (if any). For $10!!! Ridiculous!!!Imagine my surprise when I attempted to return the 2nd one and discovered it is not returnable 😡😠😡Do not buy this product

They Can Also Be Doughnuts!
I like this mix. It is easy to make and will fill a doughnut baking tray (6 doughnuts) and a muffin tin (6 small muffins) for a total of one dozen keto treats. Serving size is 1/6th of the package so that gives you the opportunity to have one of each - a doughnut with morning coffee and a muffin later with dinner. Great!
