Does not fit properly. It interferes with the seat
Product doesn’t fit properly. It interferes with the seat of the motorcycle. The chrome finish would be ruined if you were to attempt to modify it. I can’t use it.

Easy access.. and it looks great.
I was tired of having to bust out a screwdriver when I needed to remove the seat plus the phillips head screw is unsightly to me. I rolled the dice on this screw and cover and I am quit pleased. The chrome cover comes with a sticky tape to apply to the original seat mount...clean it, line it up and stick it. Then insert your brand new shiny knurled screw. It does have the rubber washer as seen in the pics. So no metal on metal action there. Nice touch. Now I can easily get in under the seat quickly and no need to carry around a screwdriver. Best part....it doesn't come loose while riding...it stays tight. I was curious about that at first but so far so good. I have uploaded some pics after the install. I hope this review helps. If you have any questions please feel free to leave it in the comments and I help you the best that I can. Util the next review Be Safe and keep your knees in the breeze.

Good idea, bad engineering, bad fit & finish, deceptive picture.
The piece looks good and the quality looked OK, but the fit and finish weren't as expected. First, don't expect it to come all glossy black like the photo. It's not. It's more of a satin finish, it's anodized, not powder coated. Second, and most importantly, the cover didn't fit my seat, and the bolt didn't fit in the cover.I firstly removed the double-sided tape on the bottom of the cover so that it would be a flush fit (I can't imagine anyone that would want to stick it on). Then I put it over the seat tab. It was an OK fit laterally, meaning that it didn't push too far into the seat itself to cause any concern, but side to side, it wouldn't go over the seat tab. It's like the space for the seat tab was JUST SHY of the width of the seat tab, so there was no way it would ever fit. I took out a dremel and tried to widen the slot, but it was useless because I needed a CNC bit and I didn't have one.The other fit problem was the actual bolt into the cover. The bolt has a shoulder on it and the cover has a recessed area that the shoulder fits into so that the bolt sits flush into the cover. Again, the recessed area in the cover is JUST SHY of the diameter of the bolt's shoulder diameter. So in order to get the bolt to sit flush, you must force it. Then you need to put pliers on the bolt to remove it, thus destroying the finish. All in all, it was a good idea, and the picture looks nice, but this product is a pass. For reference, this was purchased for a 2015 CVO Road Glide stock seat.

It's a black screw...
It's a black screw...you can't really screw (pun intended) it up...unless you have the wrong threading pattern. It does the job it is suppose to do. I purchased it because I have a removable tour pack with lights. This thumb screw is more convenient when I have to remove my seat to disconnect the tour pack light's wiring. BTW, I gave "Comfort" five stars, but I really don't know how a screw can be comfortable...or not.
