can i connect with one computer with unifying receiver and another with bluetooth and keep switching between the two as needed?

Yes. I have this connected to my desktop with the usb receiver. When needed, I activate the bluetooth on the keyboard (via a keyboard shortcut) in order to pair the keyboard with my ipad. When I'm done using the keyboard with my ipad I simply turn off the bluetooth on the keyboard (by toggling the keyboard power button on/off) and it automatically pairs back up with the desktop.

Are the red Fn labels also backlit? If not, does this substantially affect usability in the dark?

No, the red Fn labels are not backlit. Notably, the Fn key at the bottom right of the keyboard and F1-F12, Power, and Bluetooth are not visible in the dark. The Function keys at the top of the keyboard ARE backlit, but only the special functions are backlit, not the F1, etc. labeling. That hasn't caused me any significant problems as I don't generally look for them.

Does this have a Fn lock function so that the top row of keys acts like F1 - F12 without having to hold the Fn button down?

Does it work with mac?

I hooked it up via the USB unifying receiver to a mid 2011 mac mini and it worked perfectly without any setup. The keyboard, trackpad, and a good amount of the special function buttons work great and have quick response.
