Can you communicate with it

The Micro Super Ear amplifying sound. so you can listen to people conversations up from far-away (depend on how 'noisy' the environment is)... so the item is a 'far away' listening device rather than communication device. One more thing is that you can place it over-the-ear (Bluetooth design) so your hands are free for you spying moves! :-)

Can you hear very far away

This is something that I would not buy. It is not worth the money. You can only be 25 feet from whom you are listening to hear them. Not worth the money.
