1 tablespoon is 1 tablespoon. Whatever your directions say it is equal. Otherwise just trial and error. Adjust to personal taste.

Q: Does it come in a glass or plastic jar?

Going forward, all units will be in glass jars. It used to come in a plastic jar.

Q: Can it be frozen between uses? We'd probably need it only from time to time, and I'm sure it would expire before used up if it cannot be frozen.
