The recent purchase of these B ,D ,K Vitamins has made a big difference in 4 days. Since I run a small business ride share service..driving was getting painful. But I can say now I'm not gonna complain when I feel a 90 % improvement. Also bought a lumbar support apparatus for my car . Very comfortable. Everything was bought here on Amazon. Now I can do my driving with virtually no pain. And best of all No Surgery.

Packaged nicely. Dark brown bottle and a decent dropper. I put my vitamins in my morning smoothie and having to cut and squeeze the gel caps was a pain and probably lost a lot of the D3 in the process. My pharmacy does not carry the liquid version so I had to go check Amazon. Can’t say much about the effectiveness of the contents. I’m taking the bottle to my doctor soon and I’ll get his opinion on that.

Been purchasing this brand for about two years now. I'm still a fan and will continue to be. The flavor isn't something anyone would necessarily desire, but it's for the benefits of the supplement that matters. I wish they'd (the bottles) last longer than they do. They seem to increase in price and that's a bit hurtful. I'll purchase when able.

The only down side I have with this product is the taste. But I’ve mixed it in my bone broth and have found I can tolerate it much better that way. So, over all, I’m really happy with it.

I love having this is liquid form as it makes it so easy to add to smoothies, coffee or other beverages. I keep mine in the fridge and haven't noticed a difference in taste as other reviews have mentioned.

Been taking this for a week now and it's been great. I just put a few drops in water and shoot it back in the morning. I got the pineapple flavor so the taste is a bit sweet. The added Omega makes it slightly oily, but not too bad. Health wise, I do feel like I look better overall physically and my digestion / heartburn has also improved.

Great product and I like the fact it's not in pill form. It has great benefits for overall health.The Omega 3 based oil is a great supplement too.

THE GOOD FIRST: IT WORKS ... but please read why I will not be ordering it again.I have an issue with low Vit D and for some stupid reason I decided to experiment on myself [please learn from my stupidity!] ... I normally take 10,000iu's a day and decided to lower it gradually and then eventually quit taking it to see what happens. Several months later I was DRAGGING. So exhausted all the time. Each step I took was an effort, and I found myself saying out loud several times a day, "I just can't do it." I was also getting up each morning regularly between 3:30-4am. UGH. [my normal time is 5 to 5:30] A good friend who helps me [I have ASD and need assistance with executive function] asked me one day: "Maybe it's your iron?" He got me to thinking: I have NEVER had an issue with low iron. NEVER had an issue with anything ... EXCEPT Vit D ... and then it hit me: DUH! Stupid me. For real. I remembered I QUIT taking vitamin D3 to see what would happen. The pathetic thing is, I've done this before a few other times over the last 10 years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it's the same. I forget I quit taking it, start feeling exhausted way beyond what is normal, start thinking and saying "I just can't do it any more" and then at some point it eventually hits me that I need to take Vitamin D3. WHY do I do this to myself?!?!I started taking about 20,000iu's of this product to help boost me up quickly. About a week later I'm back to [my] normal.Ok, so now "the bad" ...I will NOT be ordering this product again and do not recommend it to others. I would continue to order this IF it did not contain flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil goes rancid very quickly and must be refrigerated. I do not like NOT knowing the conditions in which the drops were stored PRIOR TO landing at my doorstep. Flaxseed oil goes rancid even quicker if it's been in high temps, and God only knows but this could have been sitting in a hot warehouse, or in a hot delivery truck for too long. Rancid oils are very, very bad for you.It's partially my fault for not noticing flaxseed oil was the first "other" ingredient ... but I was so desperate! I saw the "organic" label and the 5,000iu D3 / K2 combo and bought right away.Right when I took the first dose, I tasted the flaxseed oil (an oil that I really do not like the taste of!), checked the label to verify it, and then put both bottles into the fridge.Another negative is: it seems near impossible to get a "full" dropper ["full" in quotes because I am a dabbling herbalist and understand that the dropper will never really be "full", however there IS a correct dosing for "one dropper", and this does not get a full "dropper dose"] even when it's not cold, but harder to dose when it is cold ... so how am I to know exactly how much I'm taking each day?? Impossible.I will not be ordering this again. I looked up my former brand to see if it had an option that also included K2, and YES, it does. So, I went back to Superior Source ... it's a tiny little pill that dissolves quickly under your tongue, and is in 5,000iu doses with the K2, so I'll just take 2 to 4 a day, with the option of taking 1 to 2 a day once I feel ready [but NEVER again will I take less than 5,000 a day!]. It's not labeled as organic, but at least it's labeled Non-GMO.
