As another reviewer here has posted, you need to find a cooler time of day to apply this. And when you do, it works wonders. I was able to clean a lot of the sealer bubbles on my driveway.

This product was recomended by a pro to restore the original luster of a stained stamped concrete patio without having to re-seal it.After pressure washing the concrete I applied xylene with a thick roller. Recommendation was to apply it in up-to 90 degrees fahrenheit. It was 85. and direct sunlight. The product evaporated too quickly before emulsion would start. In short, I wasted good money without any result.The second part of the concrete was applied at about 82 degrees and shade. Fantastic results, better than expected.Moral of the story: apply at around 70 degree Fahrenheit. Make sure the area is in shade. Allow emulsion to happen for 15-20 minutes and you'll be pelased with the product.

Came in well protected shipping container, product was of good quality, used to thin a specialized rust converter product that could only be thinned with Xylene.

One of the containers had leaked prior to delivery as the cardboard box was soaked when I received it.

Made huge mistake in trying to apply a gloomy protective finish to a large outdoor patio and sidewalk; creating a milky white finish over the whole surface. Finish had been hardened by two months of heat. Following directions, took my wife and I about 2 1/2 hours to fix it all. We were so relieved… thank you!
