Very sharp and versatile set, good quality.

It’s safe to say that my last knife set was due for a sharpening or two. I forgot how sharp new knives are, so I’ve already cut myself quite a few times since Thanksgiving. They look and feel perfect.The cooking knives are very durable, but the steak knives are a little flimsy. They’re still super sharp, look great, and are good weight, just a little bit flimsy.These do state dishwasher safe, but it wouldn’t dare to put these in the dishwasher - not even the steak knives. Wash them by hand and be careful not to cut yourself. 😉

The HENCKELS Statement 20-Piece Knife Set is absolutely fantastic! These knives are razor-sharp and make every kitchen task so much easier. The variety of knives included covers all the essentials, from the chef’s knife to the bread knife. I am not a knife connoisseur. This is my first nice set of knives. I love them. Having the weight and sharpness of this set makes all the difference when cutting. I wish I had them sooner.

These knives are very sharp out of the box. I bought a separate rolling sharpener and gave each knife a quick honing, which made them razor sharp (or so the tips of two of my fingers will tell you). If you're not used to super sharp knives, they take a bit to get accustom to. Good weight and well made. The only flaw I personally find with them is the shape of the handle. They are very square and not the most comfortable at first. The shape does help with indexing the knives while using, but they feel awkward at times (especially the paring knives). I think a lot of it is because it's a shape I'm not accustomed to and I will eventually get used to them. Overall they are excellent knives for a price that won't cost you and arm and a leg (though you may sacrifice a few finger tips).

These are the sharpest knives I’ve ever had!! Great quality and price!!! These knives are so sharp, cut myself 4 times first week!!

Sharpness is lacking

We replaced an old knife set & wow what a difference! These are great. So glad I spent a little more & got exactly what I wanted. I doubt that I'll ever need to buy another set. Great purchase.
