great product stuff on time.
If you enjoyed salted cod as I do this is a great product. I have ordered it 3 times over the past 2 years. It really expensive and it shouldn’t be but I always received it in great condition and amazingly fast. We have enjoyed it each time.

Grew up in Queens and we had this a few times a year. Moved to the Catskills and the grocery stores had the type in the wooden box. Moved to the Ozarks and it not only doesn’t exist in my area, but no one even knows what it is here. I will definitely order it again. It came well packaged and wrapped in butcher paper like I remember when I was a kid. It was delicious!! Excellent product!

Salt Cod it's what makes a boy into a man I love salt cod
If you have never tried salt cod you are really missing a seafood delight. I had it as a boy. Back then it came in a wooden box that smelled of the sea. This is not something you eat without proper preparation . you have to soak it first to get a lot of the salt out. My mother used to create a real cream sauce put the cod and pieces of hard boiled egg in it and serve it on top of mashed potatoes. Call it a hearty meal yes it was. It would fill you up that's for sure. It sure was delicious. Loke everything else the price has gone trough the roof, but my mother made it for the 7 of us, and it didn't break the bank. The pieces I got was over 2.5 pounds more then enough for the 2 of us for 3 meals. It was fresh. You can smell the sea

It takes a little longer to get here than most other orders but well worth the wait. All white, no bones and very little skin to pull off.

My Palette has called for the Dry boneless salted Cod fish so I purchased it off Amazon. It arrived clean, quickly, properly wrapped and smelled fresh with a lot of salt for preservation. I prepared a meal using some and the same process my mum used to remove the salt. Everyone enjoyed it.
