I take it every morning

At 1000mg per does (3 pills), this phosphatidylserine is what I need at a great price. I take it at night about an hour or two before bed to help me fall (and stay) asleep. I have forgotten it a few different times and couldn't figured out why I struggled to fall asleep. I would then end up taking it late, but I have no problems getting up in the morning.I also feel like it does help my brain work a little better (sharper thinking, better memory), but I can admit that could just be a placebo effect. Regardless, it DOES help me fall asleep and even though the dose is 3 pills, there are 200 in the bottle making it a great deal!
