I know the genset is a clone of the DSE-720 of Deep Sea, bt this is a auto main and auto start gen set? and this come with the software to config?

Yes its a AMF controller, auto start if mains drops out. Mine did not come with the software, you would need the P810 interface if you want to program via pc, you can program it via the front panel as well.
