First you add a dash of milk, then 2 scoops of protein powder, and then more milk to 3/4 full. Shake it up real good. Add the rest of the milk to fill to the lid line and finish shaking. Drink it! After you finish don't wash it out, just add cold water and drink the extra with water. Now your ready to wash it out. Separate the top and bottle and wash them well. Place them on a towel or rack to dry. + Very useful for filling with milk and storing in the fridge to use for measurements.Mixing is based on your powder, but this bottle always works for me. My bottles last about a 150-200 uses and then its good to replace it.

Solid Purchase – Glad I Got It Bought this on a bit of a whim after reading through a few reviews and I’ve gotta say—it lives up to the hype. The quality is better than expected, especially for the price, and it does exactly what it says it will. No weird surprises, no issues so far. Shipping was quick, packaging was clean and intact, and setup (if there was any) was super straightforward. I’ve been using it regularly and it’s been a great addition to my [daily routine / kitchen setup / workspace / etc.]. Definitely worth the buy in my opinion. Would recommend it to anyone looking for something that’s reliable and doesn’t break the bank.

Hands down better than the older versions. The bottom of the bottle is circular, so the metal ball sits in the center. I’ve noticed my preworkout dissolves quicker and fully with this new bottle, compared to my older one. I always tasted bitter granular in the old model- not with this one!!!! I attribute that pro to the new design of the base. Also, there’s a little hole on the side, below the bottom of the bottle, so that water can drain out instead of collecting while in the dishwasher. HUGE plus; I love whoever thought that through. No more leftover dishwasher water on top of the bottle! And there is NO seam at the sipping part where your mouth meets the bottle. My older ones are beginning to crack there, causing water to fly out when I shake my preworkout and drip down my face :). I’ll likely replace all my old ones with this design in the future!

I loved this shaker from the first use. It's the perfect size for my post-workout protein shakes, it doesn't spill at all (zero leaks), and it mixes super well—no lumps. Plus, the design is beautiful. It's durable, easy to wash, and the top hook is super useful for carrying it in your backpack. Totally recommended if you're looking for something functional and stylish!

Got this for my wife to shake up her various healthy drinks. They really need to be shaken, not stirred. (Bond, James Bond?)The wire “ball” does a great job of mixing powdered additives into water or juice or non-dairy “milks”.We haven’t seen any leaks, but we do find chat the pouring/sipping port does take a LOT of force to snap close or pop open. I guess that’s to get a good seal without using a gasket. But, it is a minor detraction.

Beautiful color and great for the price! These are $13+ at target and I got mine as a daily deal for $9! Keep your eye out for discounts but it is worth the price! Make sure you put your liquid in first before putting the powder in so that it mixes easier!

Bought this to mix my protein powder. What a good job it does! Whether half full or full, shake it up, no lumpy powder in the almond milk. It comes with the small wire ball to help mix it. Without it not so good mix results. A little more than 18 oz capacity. Made nice higher quality. No plastic smell from manufacturing, good value. There is a finger loop to carry it around. I don't carry it, it might be handy to take to work. Getcha one!

Our go-to for shakers is blender bottle. Well made, durable for the dishwasher, don’t stain from protein or preworkout powders, lid keeps the seal well while still being able to lift off without too much effort. Color has stayed white after month+ of use.
