I have a 45 lb bulldog escape artist who could not be contained in a standard collapsible kennel even when it was reinforced with zip ties.After hours of online shopping I went with this kennel as it seemed like a good solution that is substantially cheaper than the other heavy duty crates on the market. I was a little concerned about the quality after reading reviews, but I haven’t had any issues. After assembly I did notice that there is a bar underneath at the back that is slightly bent, but it is not visible from the front and has not affected the functionality.It took some time to put together, but was not too difficult.I like that the bottom of the kennel is secure and escape-proof, but I was worried it wouldn’t be comfortable on her feet when standing. I think it would be fine bare, but I cut some ½ inch gym mats to fit very snugly in the bottom of the kennel to give her some padding on the bottom that she can’t remove or chew on.

The size of the kennel is perfect for our two dogs to fit in comfortably. We get compliments all the time about how nice the kennel looks. Our lab would chew through and break her way out of metal kennels and the plastic igloo ones. This is the only kennel that has been able to withstand her methods of escape. There are wheels to help with ease of moving as it is pretty heavy. Easy to clean and we even take it with us on camping trips. I do like the latch system, but it can be easy to lose one of the pieces that screw in and out to hold the latch in place. It would be great if it came with an extra piece for that, but overall I would absolutely recommend!

Massive and no chance my dog can escape. He gets out of every kennel.. except this one. Well worth the money.

Our dog does not escape from this cage. He is so strong he could pop open the latched wire cages. He even squuzed through the top and bottom of those structures. He cannot get out of this one. Good quality. Collapses easily for transfer in the car.

We have had this Dog Kennel for over a year now and are quite happy about the purchase. It took two of us to put it together. One person holding the sides while the other assembled just to make it easier. The dog has not broken any pieces and it is sturdy. She broke or chewed through all other types of kennels. We use it for a mixed breed medium-sized anxious dog but would be plenty big for our Lab or Brittany.We love that it can be rolled to another area, but you would not have to attach those if you don't want to roll the crate.

We had gone through 2 other kinds of crates and he had broken out of both! He has also broken out of a double crate that he was in with his sister and broke her out after he got himself out. I know it looks like a jail cell but it does the trick and he was literally breaking his nails down to stubs trying to break out of his crates. The only down side to this crate is that the bottom is all thick bars as well. Luckily he isn't a blanket eater (he is a pad and dog bed eater,make it make sense) so we just put a blanket in with him to soften the bottom.
