Take care when attaching, and using, but works as they are supposed to
These are good quality rings, for the price, but would not go so far as saying they are top notch. The reason for that comment is because you must be careful when using them, that you do not rotate the ring slightly, or the contacts will make you lose autofocus and aperture feedback to the camera. This is a bit irritating, because they should not have enough rotational 'slop', or misalignment, to break the contact with the pins. In addition, when using more than one stacked, make sure there is no pressure from the center to the edge, as this may cause misalignment, also, but overall, these work just fine when you 'follow the rules of use'!! The resulting picture should not be affected, because they do not have any glass in the light path. The first set I had did have a contact issue that could not be solved by rotation of the ring, or cleaning the contacts. The second set works fine, at this time.

Good value.
Do not expect auto focus on extension tubes. All manufacturers will tell you that. The connections work, as it does try to focus. I left auto focus turned on just to test the pins. It does try to focus, but it just hunts. Leave it on manual. You can get close to focus with the focusing ring, but the final focusing is accomplished by moving the camera back and forth to get the focus where you want it.These tubes fit my Canon 60D nice and snug. No wiggle. Lenses fit snug. No wiggle. Unlocking buttons work fine. Feels well made. The metal on the tubes is very thin. Not like you would get with Canon of Kenko tubes, But they don't cost like those brands. Just don't TRY to wiggle them. I'm sure you could bend those metal rings.Use lenses of 70mm or longer. Short lenses won't focus. My 90mm works great and my 18 - 135mm zoom lens works great as long as I have it zoomed out.For the money, you can't beat it.

Does not autofocus for me.
Autofocus doesn't work for me on my Canon 60D, but shooting macro I use manual focus anyway. The three sections click into place perfectly both on the camera body and on the lens. Gets in really close now for true macro shooting.Very satisfied!

Center Haze
Really want to like these but I get a center haze on all my macro shots in bright daylight. Tried with 50mm / 85mm / 24-105mm lenses; all show the same effect. You can compensate for it in Post but it's a pain to do. They do magnify well -- but the image quality is not as sharp as the primes can typically provide. Also, while AF and lens controls work, the seat is not perfect: wiggle the lens and it'll lose connection. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Connections didn't work
Disappointed, cannot get the contacts to work on the 13mm tube with canon t6. The 20mm and 36 mm connect and work but the 13mm is the one that I purchased the set for.

plastic body, aluminum flanges.
The tube is nice plastic and the flanges are aluminum. They are my favorite, occasionally the latch is finicky.these have AF electrical contacts which is a must have for aperature control and manual focusing in all STM lenses because the manual focus ring is electronic.I use EF-S lenses. If you are using lenses that weigh over than 1 pound or cost over $600 you probably should buy the pricier all metal tubes made by companies like Kenko or Canon
