The "two aluminum nets" is what prompted me to make this $5. IMCG 'splatter screen' purchase. A better description would be a round, flat STRAINER. It is nothing like my old & worn out Splatter-Prufe cat. no. 1000 by AHC Inc in Maryland Heights MO 63043, which is no longer available. My goal was to find a Splatter-Prufe twin, made like the filter/screen in an over the stove vent hood. This ain't it.

otherwise the screen works great.
Purchased as a gift. Recipient was looking for an "old" style splatter screen. Would have preferred a knob on top instead of a handle strictly for easier storage...otherwise the screen works great.
