Yes, the pin is easy to remove. In fact, I only fit the pin for leg extensions mode when getting on or off the machine and remove it during exercise. If you leave the pin in place during leg extensions, the pin becomes the dead stop and is quite noisy!

What does the machine weigh?

Not sure on weight but it can easily be moved around my gym when needed

I'm roughly 6ft tall, is this machine big enough to use? I have had issues with previous ones ones in the past where my legs are too long.

Yes I'm 5ft 11 and don't have any problems with it.
