I’m so happy to get this and make my own version of loaded teas and save some $$$$. This gives me the perk up much like coffee and the flavor goes with almost and drink mix you like.

Purchased these to make my own loaded tea at home. Just the droplets of water I have from rinsing my cup they already start dissolving. Lots of nutrients and tastes great.

I ordered these for the weight loss factor and so far no complaints as it does suppress my appetite and keeps me regular. I do have to say it is not a miracle pill that will shed pounds for you. I am maintaining my weight after a healthy life change and moderate exercise and have not gain anything back so I am using this as an assistant to keep me from beijing and not an actual weight loss pill/drink. It is carbonated when dissolved in water and the taste is not bad. Also, if you are sensitive to caffeine as in it makes you bounce off the wall this stuff will do it for you. I have been drinking this for a week now and although I can stay focus on whatever I am doing I have not been able to go to bed or get a decent 7 to 8 hours sleep. For example I went to bed at 3 am doing random house chores plus personal quiet time and woke up at 6 am to get my kids ready to catch the bus and have not gone back to bed nor taken a nap... (2nd day this has happened) so just a warning.
