Totally transformed audio on P30 PRO

So i recently got both a P20 PRO and P30 PRO - both terrific pieces of kit but i thought at first it was a total downgrade in the audio department from my S7 edge. Then i realised there must be something going on in the transport from the digital to analog of the USB-C to 3.5mm official cable supplied by Huawei.Bottom line, the official cable is way inferior and not fit for purpose. The audio out by this means is poor, lacks bass, lacks mids and lacks treble. The noise floor is so high you can hear the hiss and gets worse because you have to ramp up the volume on your output device (e.g. in the car) or worse if you have headphones.With the Belkertech USB C to Audio Headphone Adapter with Realtek Noise Reduction cable i felt like i bought a new high end hifi sound system. The sound quality is now incredible and a massive upgrade from the official Huawei cable. Such deep and thunderous bass, clear mids and crisp treble.Build quality feels nice and no issues so far in the week or so i've had it.Totally transformed audio experience using this cable!

Poor

One output channel failed after 5 weeks. Then purchased replacement after refund from Amazon but this has now failed after about 10 weeks. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy!

Mon Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite a deja un tres bon son avec l'adaptateur usb-c fourni avec.Avec cet adaptateur Belker 24bit 192KHz on peut avoir un son bien meilleur encore,si on a deja des ecouteurs in ear de bon niveau. (ex: KZ AS10, AS 12, ZS 10 pro, ED16, ZSn...)Pour utiliser le DAC de l'adaptateur, il faut installer un lecteur de mp3, flac, etc comportant l'option sortie digitale par usb. J'utilise Hiby pour Android qui est gratuit. Il faut faire certains reglages:Acces exclusif HQ USB audioUSB Audio performance modeTaux d'echantillonage de sortie fixe: je preffere 96khz pour les mp3, mais on peut aussi 192khz,Son enorme....On peut aussi l'utiliser avec les lecteurs standard du tel, là, le son se rapprochera de l'adaptateur fourni avec le tel.

Un DAC filaire usb-c jack qualitatif

Ce Dac filaire remplace très avantageusement l'adaptateur usb-c jack fourni avec mon téléphone Xiaomi (dont la qualité sonore était très médiocre). Avec des fichiers FLAC le son est bien plus détaillé et mérite vraiment le label Hires. Le gain et donc le niveau sonore de sortie est très largement suffisant pour des ecouteurs intra-auriculaires ou un casque présentant un bon rendement. En fin le prix est plus que raisonnable par rapport à certains produits audiophiles....
