The thing about gaskets is that they are either a 0-star (don't work) or a 5-star (work well). If it doesn't work well, it doesn't work at all. Kind of like being slightly pregnant... But I digress.The gasket material seems to be identical to OEM. The dimensions are 100% identical to OEM for gaskets and grommets. It helps to know some tricks for installation to use this set since there are no meaningful instructions included. This specific gasket does not use a seal spray to attach to the valve cover (IIRC, this is stated on the box) before final installation, but of course uses RTV to properly seal critical points. For the RTV application, you must refer to a service manual - that is not instructed with this product.Installation of grommets can be tricky if you don't source information from someone who has done this before. In the 3.4L valve cover, you must bend a metal tab to remove the old grommets and install the new ones. Tip for installation of grommets (and most any round gasket): Place in freezer for a short period of time before placing into valve cover holes (I did this in a -20F freezer for about 30 minutes; then I wiped the grommet's outer edge with a rag soaked in WD-40 and quickly & carefully placed the grommet into the hole). R&R of all 6 grommets can be done in under 10 minutes by following these instructions and having some very basic experience with pulling rings and gaskets (I pulled my old gaskets with a screwdriver instead of a gasket puller, but I'm a bit cavalier like that sometimes).The price of this is enough lower than the Dealership price (especially since it includes all 6 grommets) to say this is a must-buy.

Seems to be working OK

Did my valve cover gaskets this weekend. Took me a while but managed to do the job myself. These gaskets were very well formed and slotted into the valve covers tightly, so they didn't fall out while I was struggling to get the covers in place. Would definitely buy again, but hope I don't have to.

The gasket was good quality and fit perfectly. The spark plug seals are not as good as original one. Might not last as long.

Value cover gaskets had a good fit and compressed well during installation. Plug seals seemed to work well (time will tell) but are definitely not as high quality as Toyota OEM. You can see the OEM removed seals are thicker and contain a circular spring around the inner seal that the Fel-Pro tube seals don't seem to have. The OEM has an encased metal ring on the outer seal as well. Fel-Pro is too flexible to have this - they pushed right in and didn't have to be pressed in to fit. If I would have known this I would have purchased OEM. Blue in the pics are the new Fel-Pro being installed.
