This is the exact replacement pitcher. It was packed carefully and came very quickly. Kinda high dollar but much appreciated.

I wasn't sure if the pitcher would fit my Ninja blender model BL620C when I ordered the replacement.It is not totally identical to the original pitcher. The top part of the handle for this replacement pitcher is quite straight whereas my original pitcher had the top part of the handle at an angle. Despite this, it works even though I had a few attempts trying to get the lid closed/locked down to the pitcher (as the angled handle appeared sometimes to be in the way) before I could use the blender. Overall it seems to work as a replacement pitcher.

We warped our last pitcher on the lower dishwasher rack. This part fit perfectly with no issues. Lid fits well, too.

My Ninja blender gets about 9 uses per week, and my Ninja food processor gets about 2 per week. I like using Ninjas overall because the base is super efficient and blades are good for heavy-duty blending, but man, the pitchers need a major redesign. They're so un-sturdy that I've gone through four pitchers + blades in 3 years.Even with careful hand-washing, there are so many cracks and crevices that pink mold grows in. I have to soak both the blade and pitcher regularly in hydrogen peroxide or baking soda with water to keep the bacteria off of them, and even so, they just don't stay clean very long. My daughter was cooking with me once and dropped the empty blender on the floor-- it broke instantly and was unusable. The pitcher falling out of a dish rack will also break off pieces of the spout, so be careful.If you blend turmeric root or fresh carrots, the pitcher's plastic will become discolored and there is no way to fully clean it off. I NEVER had this problem with Vitamix or BlendTec blenders! For a while I hoped to keep my old pitchers as back-ups, but they all got chips and broken pieces too so they eventually went in the trash.For the high price of these systems, I spend way too much time cleaning them and have to replace them way too often. Once this pitcher breaks, I'm going back to BlendTec.
