Love it!
Firstly this is a gorgeous book, from the embossed tile cover to the lovely photography. Full of delicious looking recipes and clear instructions, I can't wait to get cooking!

Great Little Book
I got this book as it contains all the classic recipes which are timeless. Cooking them now takes me back to working in Spain in the early 00's. If you like spice and flavour and never tried Spanish cuisine this book is an absolute must have. Working at the time as a Scuba Instructor meant many lazy evenings at beach front bars sampling the various Tapas on the menu with a cold beer, grinning even now at the memory.

Not very "authentic"
I was hoping for an "authentic" collection of tapas recipes. These seem to all be put together by a stable of British cookery writers. Disappointed! It's going back and I'll keep looking. Although I do like the Spanish tile designs on the cover...
