Effective, economical, and easy to use. No more purple or green hands!
Groom’s Hand is the best product on the market for treating thrush! Everything else is a waste of money even iodine. Why? Because nothing else has the staying power of Groom’s Hand. The fact that it stays on for days even in the rain to continue to treat the infection is so important in treating thrush especially stubborn long term infections.! I highly recommend this product.

Good product
Love this stuff! I use it all the time on my horse and it definitely works, haven't had a issue with thrush in years. My horse lives outside 24/7 and this product has definitely made a difference in his feet with the constant changing of the weather. It also doesn't really have a smell so I appreciate that. I have been purchasing this product for a few years now and have no complaints about it, and I feel like its a good price for the product. Will keep repurchasing!

It helps
We had a series of hoof abscesses. Since more than 2 years we fight against. The spray really helps us and the past 5 month ist looks positive. If a passage had formed in the meantime, the remedy had penetrated, disinfected, and dried out the area. And the blacksmith only had to follow the color when cutting out the hoof. The spray is easy to handle and fits well into the recesses. Standard disinfectant helps us removing purple discoloration from hand and finger nails. The picture shows a hoof 3 days after application of the spray.

Great product
This stuff is amazing for treating thrush and using it as a preventative. However, be ready to come away from it looking purple if you aren’t wearing gloves and don’t let it get on your clothes!

Great for thrush, but sometime a defective spray nozzle
I love this stuff. Easy to use. I have been using it for years. I have six horses and have been doing trimming of over a decade. I apply it below hoof armor. It really works great for thrush. The only issue I have is sometime the spay Nozzle doesn’t work. my recent order came with one of the two bottles had a defective spay nozzle. you can not return it. I would consider buying this product locally so you can return it if it has a defective nozzle.

Effective clever spray with built in hoof pick
I really like this product. Really clever and practical design - The built in hoof pick looks so simple but works really well. Somehow, it's really good at scraping off dried on poo without carving up the hoof. And it really does save back work/time to just turn it around and spray rather than trying to reach for things off the floor. Previously, when there was more serious thrush and the frog was a bit mushy and had crumbly white bits peeling off when I cleaned the central sulcus - I was using it about 3x times in a week. When my horse had mild thrush when I got back from a trip overseas. I could smell it the moment I checked but it wasn't too bad. Just 1 or 2 applications cleared up the mild case. The spray really does work even if you hold the can all angles. My first can the trigger had fallen off and I pushed it back on. When I depressed it, there was a fair amount of blowback and my thumb was quite blue. I still used it but with a plastic glove. I still went ahead to buy a second can. Second can, a small blue spot appears right where my thumb is on the trigger when I squeeze. I've asked the manufacturer and was told the can could be slightly clogged. I still really like this product so I'll update if my 3rd can's a charm. Admittedly, my cans travel very far around the world to Asia where it's wet and humid so they may have had more rigourous transit. Even with the slight inconvenience of wearing a plastic glove when I use it now, I find the product really effective and like how it covers a good area with a spritz quickly so I don't have to hold up my horse's leg an extra 5 seconds as she's big and a leaner. Update: I'm still a fan. If you ever get a clogged spray head (rare if you use semi regularly), save an old one as a spare and swap over. Just pull the head off.
