Parts (Picture Puffin Books)

My daughter loves this book series. The book is funny and the illustrations really stand out. I would definitely recommend it. You’ll probably end up buying them all.

Have bought it and the follow up books 3 times. First for my youngest son, who is now 22 years old. Then two other times for two of my other kids, kids (my grandchildren).The author really knew what sorts of questions parents were going to encounter. These books are funny and on a level a child can understand. At the same time, the books can lead a child to think his fluff is really going to come out. Funny creepy 😳 😐 😅 if you know what I mean.

Great book to teach a kid about their body parts and why things are happening losing teeth etc...BUT I was looking for the figurative language book...it's his 2nd and 3rd books! They're called More Parts and Even More Parts. Great Books!

My daughter loved this book when she was small. I've recently bought it for a new baby. I hope he will like it just as much.

I have a read a few other books from this author, and I loved them when I was younger, so I knew I had to get some for my own children.My kids and I absolutely LOVE this book! Ted Arnold's illustrations are both entertaining and fantastic. I love the little squiggles and the puns he adds to the book. The story is also great for helping explain rhyming to my children. They find it hilarious, and we have already read it many times since owning it. I know it is one we will keep coming back to. I definitely think that this book is the best out of the trio, but the second is pretty cute as well. I did end up returning the third as it did not really follow the same pattern as the first two and used words like 'stupid' that we do not use in out house.Overall, It is a cute explanation to the questions kids may have about themselves as they are growing that you don't often think to explain, and the drawings just add even more to the humor. I would definitely recommend this book to others, you will not be disappointed.

This was purchased as a gift. Already own the book and the kids never tired of it.Shipping was quick and quality was excellent.

My children had this book, which I loved. I bought it for my grandchildren. Unfortunately it was delivered to my mailbox and was bent in half. Now I have it sitting under heavy books. Maybe it should be delivered with a cardboard insert.
