I just got these so I haven't used them a great deal yet. They feel very sturdy and well built. They came individually wrapped in plastic with rubber bands on them. It also comes with a carry case which they fit well inside. They have different levels of strength which makes it nice for beginners as well as higher level athletes. Over all I am happy with my purchase.

The bands are made to last and are easy to take with you to the park, or on vacation for a great workout. They are sturdy but compact as you can see the construction and thickness in the pictures. The bag makes it easy to store and pack them. They have no smell or residue and work as well as any of the high priced bands I have used at the gym. I highly recommend them.

The bands came in very fast, so I put them to work immediately! More like they put me to work! I love the low resistance band for workouts at my standing desk. I am always looking to keep moving behind the computer screen. I keep these at work and bust out reps when ever! I am looking forward to building up to the purple and green bands.

Love these resistance bands. I have tried many bands in the past and they don't compare to these. These are strong and durable. The range of weight in each band is what makes these so great. I love that I can increase the intensity as I progress. Highly Recommend.

I had got this product to check their resistance ability on my body while i do my regular exercises. They are amazing. They helped me to push myself really hard to get to that point where I always reach easily without them. I am able to use them on a regular basis and try to control y body fitness and shape.
