Great anxiety reliever....
Bought for my daughter ahead of exams this Summer. She gets anxious. Has been having a cup a day ...for last few weeks and she seems much more calm. Has a fairly strong taste which you can adjust and also add some sugar. Like a cross between green tea and lemon.

A relaxing morning routine
Having had one pot of balm leaf tea every single morning (sometimes in the evening as well) in the last 3 weeks already made some positive/relaxing changes in my life. Do not expect this to be a "tranquilliser" or a "magical potion" but it helps very well to reduce stress and handle everyday challenges easier. 50g sounds little firstly but by using a tea infuser for each pot made, I think it will be enough for about a month, which a really good value for money

Once you get the dose right this is surprisingly relaxing tea.You don't get much in a bag though for the money.

Just what I needed to calm me down
This tea does what it says and calms you down. I only have one cup a day and I feel much more relaxed and calm. You can have it with sugar or honey too. I would recommend this to anyone that has minor panic attacks or feels stressed at times.
